Palate: Soft, fruity, generous with silky tannins and a beautiful long and aromatic finish.
Serving suggestions: Serve between 14-16 degree Celsius. Will go well with steak tartare with sweet and sour sauce

Les Traverses is the provencial name given to the walls which protect the soil from erosion. Planted on south-facing slopes, the Grenache, Clairette and Bouboulenc wines produce and attractive wine with citrus fruit aromas. Best enjoyed young.
