Gusto Imports Pvt. Ltd. runs this website. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. The short version: the site has no accounts and no online payment, and we only receive what you choose to send us.
What you send us
We receive personal information only when you contact us. That can include:

- Your city and the message you write
- The wines in your basket or the event you ask about
How enquiries reach us
The contact form, the basket and the “I’m interested” buttons do not send anything from this website. They open WhatsApp with your message filled in, and it reaches us only if you press send there. You can also write to us by email or phone.
What stays on your device
The site saves a few things in your own browser so you do not have to repeat them. They stay on your device and are not sent to us:
- Your location and that you confirmed you are 25 or over
- The wines in your basket or interested list
- Your scroll position on the True Nomad page, for the length of your visit
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set its own cookies, and it does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The store locator shows a Google map, and Google may set its own cookies when that map loads.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and enquiries
- To confirm the availability, delivery and payment of an order
- To point you to a store near you
- To meet our legal and record-keeping duties
Who else handles it
We work with a few other companies, each with its own privacy policy:
- WhatsApp, which carries your messages to us
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes technical details such as your IP address to serve and protect it
- Google, which provides the maps on the store locator
- Our email provider, if you write to us by email
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or order, and for longer only where the law requires it.

Age
Gusto products are for adults aged 25 or over, and only in states where their sale and consumption are legal. This site is not meant for anyone younger.
