About this wine
An elegant, Bordeaux-inspired Tuscan blend with layers of ripe blackberry and dark cherry, lifted by cedar, sweet spice, tobacco and Mediterranean herbs. Regularly awarded 94–95 points by James Suckling, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, Decanter and Wine Enthusiast – Decanter called it 'one of the best expressions of Petit Verdot' it had tasted.

Tua Rita
Founded in 1984 in Suvereto, in Tuscany's Maremma, Tua Rita is a boutique, family-run estate making acclaimed small-lot wines – Redigaffi, Giusto di Notri, Per Sempre and Lodano. Its Redigaffi 2000 earned a perfect 100 from Robert Parker – the first ever for an Italian wine – giving the winery cult status, and Decanter's Susan Hulme MW has awarded Redigaffi perfect scores twice. Vineyards lie on iron- and mineral-rich soils, farmed organically and harvested by hand, producing wines of intense concentration, elegance and power balanced by coastal freshness.
