About this vodka
Grey Goose is a study in two ingredients. The wheat is soft winter wheat from Picardie in northern France, often called the breadbasket of France. The water is spring water drawn from the brand's own well in Gensac, in the Cognac region, naturally filtered through limestone. The brand oversees every stage from field to bottling, and the vodka is distilled just once before it is bottled in its frosted bottle with the flying geese.
The official tasting notes sum it up neatly: delicate and floral on the nose, sweet and round on the palate, with a bold, toffee-like finish. That soft, rounded character makes it very good neat and well chilled, and it is a favourite base for a Vodka Martini, a Moscow Mule or an Espresso Martini. A safe and elegant choice for gifting during the festive season or for corporate hampers.
