About this whisky
Chivas Regal 18 Year Old sits near the top of the core Chivas range and is the brand's most layered everyday-luxury blend. It brings together more than twenty single malts, all matured for at least 18 years, with fine grain whiskies, in the style the Chivas house has refined since its Aberdeen beginnings in 1801. The blenders like to say there are 85 distinct flavour notes in every glass, and while you won't count them all, the depth is obvious from the first sip.
Expect caramel, buttery richness and baked apple, moving into dark chocolate and soft spice with a gentle wisp of smoke on the long, mellow finish. It is smooth and sweet with a hint of dryness, a whisky to slow down with. This is a natural choice for milestone gifting, a wedding trousseau, or the bottle you open when family gathers after Lakshmi Puja. Serve it neat or with a drop of water.
